Lisa was completely invaluable to us with negotiating with the builder, staying on top of the busy new construction schedule, looking at every square inch of the house throughout all of the walk throughs... whew. She even caught a tiny crack on our driveway and had the builder fix it before it could become a big problem, I didn't even know to look! She'll be on top of you like a momma bear and she will always give you the best advice. If you want a genuine advocate on your side, you want Lisa Quin.
